I have no complaints about the clothing itself

I have no complaints about the clothing itself, but the customer service experience has been disappointing. Unfortunately, customer support seems to be non-existent, as I have yet to receive a response to my inquiries. This is the second order for which I’ve experienced this issue. My most recent order had not shipped after a month, so I reached out for an update but never received a reply. Thankfully, the order eventually arrived, and the quality was just as excellent as always. While I’m still happy with the products, I hope the company will make improvements to its customer service and communication.
